The spacious garden is enclosed by trees and shrubs and can be closed off with a gate. From the accommodation you can walk straight into the forest, the dunes, North Sea beach and mudflats are a short distance away. The cozy living room is approximately 16 m2 and has two armchairs and an upholstered 2-seater sofa and a dining area with four chairs. The patio doors in the living room give access to the sunny terrace facing west. The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, a refrigerator, coffee maker, combination microwave and electric kettle. The three small bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One bedroom is adjacent to the living room, the other bedrooms are adjacent to the hall. Bedroom 1 was renovated in 2025 and has 2 single box-spring beds (80x200) that can be pushed together if desired, there is a washbasin, bedroom surface is 5.95 m2 Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, bedroom surface is 5.30 m2 Bedroom 3 has a fixed single bed and there is a washbasin, bedroom surface is 4.50 m2 The beds have single synthetic duvets and pillows. There is a simple shower with toilet in the hall. The holiday home is connected to cottage Weltevreden. The terraces are adjacent to each other and are screened off by a fence. The plots are separated from each other by a hedge. There is plenty of space around the cottage to enjoy the sun or shade. Behind the cottage is a small storage room for bicycles and there is a parking space for cars on the property. Pets are not allowed.
