The Helmpollen holiday home is detached and is located 50 meters from the beach crossing. It is built on a dune, so there is a beautiful view over the south of the dune area of Midsland aan Zee. Spacious living room of 30m2 with 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs with oak floor, TV, CD player, DVD player and wifi. There is also central heating in all rooms. At the patio doors towards the terrace is a round dining table with 5 chairs around it, The fully equipped open kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove with oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and an egg cooker. There is a separate toilet in the hall and the bathroom has a bath with separate shower, sink with hot and cold running water and a washing machine. The bathroom is on the ground floor and there is a second separate toilet on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. 1. 2 x 1 person box spring beds 90 x 200 meters, washbasin with hot and cold running water. 2. 2 x single beds 80 x 200 meters, sink with hot and cold running water and the cot. 3. 1 x 1 person bed 80 x 190 meters (small bedroom) The floor is laminate and there are 5 x 1 person synthetic duvets. On the first floor is a cot with duvet. On the south side and east side is a terrace with garden furniture. There is a private parking space at the bottom of the dune.
