Lytse Lerger is a detached, single-storey holiday home, located in the Lerger Forest near Lies. The house was completely renovated in 2021. The kitchen and sanitary facilities have been renewed. The living room has a 3-seater sofa and two armchairs with central heating, a gas heater for atmosphere and a smart TV. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen, hall and bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom consists of a spacious shower cubicle with rain shower, sink and toilet. You can also use a washing machine and dryer. There are two bedrooms. A bedroom with 2 x single beds and washbasin and a bedroom with a double bed. There are 4 x single duvets. Two terraces have been created around the house, so that there is always a place in the sun or in the shade. Drainage ditches run along the plot, which are often dry in the summer, but can be muddy.
