Aaster Uiltje in Hoorn, a quiet campsite and ideal for nature lovers
Aaster Uiltje Nature Campsite in Hoorn is a small, pleasant family campsite with plenty of space, sheltered on three sides by alder hedges, and overlooking meadows on one side. Ideal for nature lovers, cyclists, those seeking peace and quiet, and families with young children. Three additional private woodland areas offer the chance to wake up with the birds. Children love playing in our field or in our chat room, which also serves as a bad-weather facility. Pets are not permitted. Nighttime is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The facilities are basic and clean, with hot showers, washrooms, and toilets. There is a bakery nearby with warm rolls for breakfast. The campsite is open during Oerol and during peak season (dates on the website). The mandatory nature campsite card is available at reception for €14.95.

Sheltered, situated between meadows and alder canals near the village of Hoorn. A beautiful, sunny and simple place with light, air and space. We have 3 small woodland spots for 2 adults and 15 spots on our sunny field for families and trekkers. Plenty of cycling and walking opportunities to the village of Hoorn (0.1 km), dunes and beach (1.5 km), the Wad (900 meters) and the Boschplaat (3.5 km). The night here offers another unique starry sky. The nature campsite and our summer cottage are ideal for nature lovers.
