Central heating and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms. A round pine table with 5 chairs is located next to the open-plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner stovetop with oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, separate freezer with 3 drawers, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and dishwasher. A separate toilet is located in the hallway, and the bathroom has a shower with a heated towel rail. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Bedroom 1. 14 square meters with two single box-spring beds measuring 80 x 200 cm. Bedroom 2. 10 square meters with one single bed measuring 80 x 200 cm and a cot. Bedroom 3. On the first floor with a steep open staircase. 22 square meters with two single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm. The bedrooms all have PVC flooring and five single duvets. All bedrooms have a bedside lamp, a wardrobe, and a sink with hot and cold running water. An ironing board and iron are provided, as well as a highchair and a playpen with a cheerful playpen mat. The accommodation is not suitable for guests with disabilities due to access via a stone staircase. There is a 6 square meter storage room containing the washing machine. Beneath the accommodation is a spacious garage with a charging point for an electric bicycle. On the south side is a sheltered terrace with patio furniture.
