On the ground floor there is a spacious, attractive living room with smart TV and a cozy open kitchen with a combination microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed, a cozy bedroom with 2 x single beds in the 'schûntsje' and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The house is suitable for adults with children. A cot is available. The bedrooms have comfortable Auping beds. Upstairs you will find the bathroom with a rain shower and toilet. Through the patio doors in the living room you enter an enclosed garden. The garden faces southeast and has sun almost all day. Here you can eat deliciously and sit outside. A spacious terrace has also been created at the front. The house has been furnished with people with asthma or allergies in mind. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. There are several nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Hoornse forest, nature reserve 'de Koegelwieck' and the beach are literally around the corner. (beach approx. 1.5 km)
