Art in the Church – On the High Seas

Terschelling has a surprisingly rich creative scene, often more than you might expect. During Art in the Church, the Meslânzer Church hosts an exhibition of works by island artists. Since 2006, this annual event has showcased a diverse mix of photography, paintings, and sculptures. Admission is free.

Exhibition ‘On the High Seas’
The exhibition runs from Monday 13 to Saturday 25 October, daily from 2:00 – 5:00 pm.

• On Wednesday 22 October, during the Witch Market, the exhibition is open from 2:00 – 8:00 pm.
• On Thursday 23 October, as part of Kunst te Kijk, the church is open from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm, alongside inspiring open studio visits with island artists.
